It’s disaster songs from 100 years ago! Yes, they had disasters then, too! Some pretty bad ones. All events on this album, happened in the 1920s and were recollected during the decade. You get fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, blimp crashes and even a simple road accident—which turned out to be the first ever mention of a vehicle crash ever. As with the first Century Limited album, Longboat has given the tunes an update to bring them into the 21st century. Though edited for clarity and period hackery, they emerge mostly intact, including many with dire warnings to “get right with God.” The result is a musical survey of some of the worst events of the 1920s. Enjoy!

Stupid People
This song is about the poppiest thing I’ve ever written. The video was made by a guy in the UK, who has done great work in the past. Yes, the stupid people here are portrayed as Trump followers. You can always tell who they are. They dress up like flags, mostly. The tune is actually just a general observation about being around people who are profound idiots and how exhausting that is. It may be trolling, but you can dance to it.
